Daltex® Polyethylene

Don & Low Polyethylene Spunbond is a nonwoven fabric suitable for use in a variety of industries, but especially suited to medical applications.

When compared to polypropylene spunbond, polyethylene spunbond is considerably softer making it ideal for use as wound dressings, modesty gowns or other garments or covers which come into contact with skin.

Polyethylene spunbond can be gamma offering opportunity for use in a variety of medical applications including components in ostomy bags, tray wraps and wound dressings.

Our polyethylene spunbond is available in weights from 20g/m2 to 100g/m2, and available in widths up to 320cm. Available in a selection of colours, additives can also be incorporated to create the desired functionality.

A range of polyethylene based nonwoven laminates are also manufactured by Don & Low.

Soft to handle

  • Soft handle and drape
  • Can be gamma/ethylene oxide sterilised
